DESCRIPTION:During this webinar, Mann Lawyers’ Not-for-Profit and Charity Group Lead Megan Wallace will discuss the record keeping requirements and reporting obligations for not-for-profit corporations governed by the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act or the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (Ontario) (ONCA) (including those corporations in the midst of the transition to ONCA) and the additional requirements applicable to registered charities. The webinar will include a presentation on these topics and an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. This session will be of benefit to those with questions about the records a not-for-profit is required to keep, who is entitled to access to those records and the filing requirements applicable to not-for-profits and registered charities.
