Fall Open House 2023: Learning, networking, & trivia!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Innovation Hub is getting ready for another exciting academic year and celebrated with a Fall Open House last Wednesday, September 13th. We were glad to see so many enthusiastic Carleton community members come by to learn more about the Hub, network with other student founders, and enjoy light refreshments. The Fall Open House was attended by staff, program facilitators, student coaches and mentors with the Innovation Hub team happy to chat with interested students. External mentors Olasupo Fagbemiro and David Mosley were present to share their enthusiasm for the Innovation Hub with community members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add some more excitement to the evening, the events team ran a trivia game for attendees to win small prizes with questions on topics such as entrepreneurship, the Innovation Hub and Carleton University. Students at the open house were encouraged to sign up for programs that interested them with Fall registration closing later in the week. With help from the Innovation Hub staff, numerous students signed up for our Ideas, Changemaker, Hatch, Launch and Breakthrough programs – we are looking forward to seeing the great work our participants come up with this semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you to everyone who came to our Fall Open House! We were thrilled to have over 50 people come by and chat with us. We can\u2019t wait to kick off our programs this semester with a new cohort of participants in the Ideas<\/a>, Changemaker<\/a>, Hatch<\/a>, Launch<\/a>, and Breakthrough<\/a> programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
