Dear Students

We are writing to express our sincere condolences for all of those impacted by Hurricane Dorian that recently struck the Bahamas, and to offer our support to any of our students whom may be affected.

The far reaching impacts of a devastating natural disaster such as this can be emotional and overwhelming. The staff at the International Student Services Office (ISSO) and Carleton University are here to offer any supports and connect you with any resources that you may need in the wake of this event.

Students who require counselling support can phone or come in person between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, to Health and Counselling Services, CTTC Building, Suite 2600. Same day counselling is available every week day to support students. Students may also call at 613-520-6674 or walk in to schedule an appointment.

Students living in Residence can see a counsellor between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, at 131 Renfrew. Students can call 613-520-8061 or walk in to schedule an appointment. Drop in counselling is available every afternoon.
