With final exams soon underway, it’s important that students remember to prioritize mental health and self-care to balance the potential stress of deadlines and schoolwork.

7 Day Wellness Challenge: Fresh Air Challenge

The Young Meditators Group meets twice monthly to learn about and practice basic meditation techniques, to explore ways to apply mindfulness to our lives off the cushion, and to discuss our experience of the world with one another. The last session of the semester takes place Saturday, April 24 from 10:00 – 11:30 am ET.  This group is for anyone in the Ottawa-Gatineau area between 18 and 39 who is curious about or committed to meditation and community.
