Starting next week, the Intranet (i.carleton.ca) will be added to the list of services protected by Duo two-factor authentication.
As the university works to move more employee information into the Intranet, such as pension statements, it is imperative that proper security measures are in place. For the 2400 individuals who have signed up for Duo: when you login to the intranet you will receive a Duo prompt which must be accepted before access is granted. In the event that your password is compromised, you will receive notification that an illicit login is being attempted, and you can deny access.
