All staff, faculty, and students are provided a MyCarletonOne (MC1) account which they must activate. Once set up, they will use this one username and password to access various Carleton IT applications and services including campus computers, wireless networks, MyCarleton Portal, cuLearn, and more.
Effective July 15, access to the MC1 self-serve portal requires registration in the new Identity Management System. To do this, users that already have a current/active MC1 password can setup their security questions by clicking on the following link
Users that have forgotten their MC1 password and have not registered in the new Identity Management System yet, need to contact the ITS Service Desk.

- Change or reset forgotten MyCarletonOne password
- Rename your MyCarletonOne Account
- Create MyCarletonOne Security Questions
