departmental shared mailbox to Outlook (Microsoft 365) on a Windows desktop.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Important:<\/strong><br \/>\nPermission to access the shared mailbox must be granted by the <strong>ITS Service Desk<\/strong> before it can be added to Outlook.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<div>\n<h2>Add the Shared Mailbox<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the <strong>Windows Start<\/strong> button (bottom-left of your screen).<\/li>\n<li>Start typing <strong>Outlook<\/strong>, then open the <strong>Outlook<\/strong> application.<br \/>\n<h2><img decoding=\"async\" Outlook completely.<\/li>\n<li>Reopen Outlook.\n<ul>\n<li>Outlook may take slightly longer to open the first time while the shared mailbox is added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>left folder pane<\/strong>, scroll to the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>Locate the <strong>shared mailbox<\/strong>, then expand it to view the Inbox and folders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr
