Receiving Your License:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> Once an active student, you are eligible for an M365 license.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Activation:<\/strong> Your M365 license will be automatically assigned.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Installation:<\/strong> You can install M365 on up to five personal devices, instructions found <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/help-centre\/get-microsoft-office-for-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. License Removal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upon graduation the M365 license is <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/help-centre\/get-microsoft-office-for-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">removed<\/a>. This removes access to the M365 suite, Teams and <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/onedrive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OneDrive<\/a>. <strong>To prevent loss of data, steps should be taken to retrieve or back up items stored in repositories like OneDrive and Teams.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>There will be no change to your Carleton email.
