Make a Conference Call with Multiple Parties on a VoIP phone<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can connect up to 8 separate parties.<\/p>\n

  1. Dial the first party<\/li>\n
  2. Announce that you are setting up a conference call<\/li>\n
  3. Press trans\/conf button (button on the right of your red hold button)<\/li>\n
  4. Dial the second party<\/li>\n
  5. Press trans\/conf button<\/li>\n
  6. follow these steps until all parties have been connected<\/li>\n
  7. If the line is busy or not answered press the disconnect button (the button on the right of the blue\/grey button with an X)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Make a Conference Call With Multiple Parties<\/strong> on a regular analog line<\/strong><\/p>\n

    You can connect up to 8 separate parties.<\/p>\n

    1. Dial the first party<\/li>\n
    2. Announce that you are setting up a conference call<\/li>\n
    3. Press flash or trans\/conf or link<\/li>\n
    4. Dial the second party<\/li>\n
    5. Press flash or trans\/conf or link<\/li>\n
    6. Press *4 or press conference button<\/li>\n
    7. Press flash<\/li>\n
    8. Dial third party<\/li>\n
    9. Press flash<\/li>\n
    10. Press *4<\/li>\n
    11. Follow the last 3 steps until all parties have been connected<\/li>\n
    12. If the line is busy or not answered press flash to get dial tone again and dial the next party<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
