Staff and Faculty banner permissions must be submitted via an account request form<\/a> done by a Departmental Administrator.<\/p>\n

If you want a quick and easy way to access your favorite websites, you can create a desktop shortcut that opens directly to that site.<\/p>\n

Chrome<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Open Chrome.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to the\u00a0Banner Launcher site<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. At the top right, click \u00a0\u2022\u2022\u2022\u00a0icon<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click More Tools.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Create shortcut.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter a name for the shortcut and click Create.<\/li>\n
  7. Now you’ve got a desktop shortcut that takes you directly to Banner<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n

    FireFox<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Resize the Firefox window so you can see both your computer’s desktop and the Firefox window on the same screen.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the padlock icon on the left of the address bar (where the URL is shown)<\/li>\n
    3. While still holding the mouse button down, move the pointer to the desktop, then release the mouse button. The shortcut will be created.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n

      Safari<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Open the Safari web browser.You want to resize your browser so you can see your desktop.<\/li>\n
      2. Navigate to the\u00a0Banner Launcher site<\/a><\/li>\n
      3. Next, select the URL in the address bar.<\/li>\n
