Use a Web browser<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Log into: <a href=\"https:\/\/onedrive.live.com\/about\/en-us\/signin\/\">onedrive.live.com<\/a> with your full email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a name=\"office\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>2. Use MS Office<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote) can save and open directly into your <strong>OneDrive<\/strong>\u00a0Cloud storage.<br \/>\nAfter selecting the File or Save menus, select\u00a0OneDrive, and login using\u00a0your full Carleton email address, &#x75;&#x73;&#x65;&#x72;&#110;&#97;me&#64;&#x63;&#x75;&#x6e;&#x65;&#116;&#46;car&#x6c;&#x65;&#x74;&#x6f;&#110;&#46;&#99;a\u00a0(staff\/faculty) or use&#114;&#110;&#97;&#109;&#x65;&#x40;&#x63;&#x6d;&#x61;&#x69;&#x6c;&#46;ca&#114;&#108;&#101;&#116;&#111;&#x6e;&#x2e;&#x63;&#x61;\u00a0(student), and password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a name=\"app\"><\/a>3. Use the OneDrive app<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You can download the OneDrive app onto your computer if you wish to have offline access to your files.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PC User<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Carleton imaged computer<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>OneDrive<\/strong> app\u00a0included in Carleton&#8217;s <strong>Windows 10 image<\/strong> can log into <em>both<\/em> your <strong>OneDrive<\/strong> cloud storage, as well, if you have one, your personal <strong>OneDrive<\/strong> account, and sync your\u00a0cloud files onto\u00a0your local PC drive. You can find OneDrive app, alphabetically listed, under the\u00a0Windows 10 start menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal\/home computer<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have already installed the Microsoft O365 suite of apps on your computer with your Carleton account, then you already have the OneDrive app installed.<\/li>\n<li>If you have not already installed the Microsoft O365 suite of apps, you can follow the instructions <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/help-centre\/get-microsoft-office-for-stafffaculty\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mac user<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>OneDrive<\/strong> app\u00a0is available:\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/ca\/app\/onedrive\/id823766827\">from the Mac App Store; <\/a>or<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/go.microsoft.com\/fwlink\/?linkid=823060\">directly from Microsoft<\/a>. You can <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/sync-files-with-onedrive-on-mac-os-x-d11b9f29-00bb-4172-be39-997da46f913f?ui=en-us&amp;rs=en-us&amp;ad=us\">access further support from these Microsoft pages<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>You must have MacOS X 10.12 or above; Microsoft recommends MacOS Mojave 10.14 for the best experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Login using your MC1 username@<strong>cunet.carleton.ca<\/strong>\u00a0(staff\/faculty) or username@<strong>cmail.carleton.ca<\/strong>\u00a0(student)<\/li>\n<li>Your OneDrive files will be sync&#8217;d to the local folder &#8220;<em>OneDrive &#8211; Carleton University<\/em>&#8220;, located in your home directory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can log into your OneDrive\u00a0in three different ways: Web browser MS Office OneDrive app 1.
