Which do I use?<\/h3>\n<p>The Carleton-provided Win10 PC image for staff\/faculty is the recommended and supported way to access the\u00a0<strong>OneDrive<\/strong>\u00a0sync engine. It ships with a the\u00a0<strong>OneDrive<\/strong>\u00a0app.\u00a0<em>Not<\/em>\u00a0with the\u00a0<strong>OneDrive for Business\u00a0<\/strong>app. The\u00a0<strong>OneDrive<\/strong>\u00a0app is the latest and is able to connect simultaneously to both your personal and your Carleton\u00a0<strong>OneDrive for Business<\/strong>\u00a0accounts.<\/p>\n<h3>Credentials not accepted?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>OneDrive App<\/strong>:\u00a0you using the\u00a0ITS Windows 10 image? The OneDrive app included with it has been specially chosen to work with\u00a0<em>both<\/em>\u00a0<strong>OneDrive for Business<\/strong>\u00a0and personal OneDrive accounts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MS Office<\/strong>: You must be using MS Office 2016, and log in with your full Carleton email address: \u00a0&#x75;&#x73;&#101;&#x72;&#x6e;&#97;&#x6d;&#x65;&#64;&#x63;&#x75;n&#x65;&#x74;&#46;&#x63;&#97;r&#x6c;&#101;t&#x6f;&#110;&#46;&#x63;&#97;\u00a0(staff\/faculty) or u&#115;&#101;&#x72;&#x6e;am&#101;&#64;&#x63;&#x6d;ai&#108;&#46;&#x63;&#x61;rl&#101;&#x74;&#x6f;&#x6e;&#46;&#99;&#97;\u00a0(student).
