It helps you manage tasks more efficiently for individual plans and team initiatives, as well as larger scale projects that are aligned to goals and key strategic objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Once you add the Planner app to Teams, you&#8217;ll find:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b class=\"ocpUI\">My Day<\/b>: Includes any tasks that are due today, along with any tasks you choose to add to this view.<\/li>\n<li><b class=\"ocpUI\">My Tasks<\/b>: Includes a dedicated place called Private Tasks for you to quickly create tasks, Flagged Emails, and Tasks that have been assigned to you from Team&#8217;s meeting notes, basic plans, premium plans, and Loop components.<\/li>\n<li><b class=\"ocpUI\">My Plans<\/b>: Includes your To Do lists, basic plans,\u00a0and premium plans, as well as plans created in Project Online and Project Operations.<\/li>\n<li><b class=\"ocpUI\">New Plan<\/b>: Create new personal or shared plans directly in the app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h1 id=\"page-header\" class=\"\">Getting started with Planner in Teams<\/h1>\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/getting-started-with-planner-in-teams-7a5e58f1-2cee-41b0-a41d-55d512c4a59c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">site <\/a>will walk you through adding the Planner app to your Team site and using the tool.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Planner app in Microsoft Teams brings together all your tasks and plans across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem in a single convenient location.
