Full service was restored by 1:00 PM Mon Nov. 16.\u00a0 ITS continues to monitor the system to ensure that there are no further disruptions to service.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>As of Thurs, Nov 12:\u00a0 ITS Support is investigating an issue with automated Banner reports delivery to network share folders.<\/p>\n<p>Manual generation of some failed business critical reporting is in place.
