As of 3:50PM – issue with messages not being sent to @carleton.ca email addresses has been resolved.\u00a0 For any persistent problems, reboot your device and try again or reach out to the ITS Service Desk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As of 11:30AM – Users are reporting that @carleton.ca aliases are not working.\u00a0 Details on the impact are as follows:<\/p>\n

Messages to @carleton.ca from OUTSIDE of Carleton are not affected.<\/p>\n

Messages from INSIDE Carleton and sent to @cmail.cunet.ca or @cunet.carleton.ca addresses are not affected.<\/p>\n

Messages from INSIDE Carleton sent to @carleton.ca (alias) are getting bounced back.<\/p>\n
