As of 4:00PM, April 19<\/span> – ITS continues to investigate this matter.\u00a0 Users experiencing ongoing issues accessing email via the Microsoft Outlook client can continue using Outlook for the Web<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As of 2:00PM, April 16<\/span> –\u00a0 ITS has received multiple reports of degraded service to the Microsoft Outlook client. ITS recommends using Outlook for the Web by visiting exchange.carleton.ca<\/a> and logging in with your MyCarletonOne credentials.
