{"id":33674,"date":"2024-04-22T16:09:59","date_gmt":"2024-04-22T20:09:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/?post_type=cu-events&#038;p=33674"},"modified":"2024-05-03T16:17:53","modified_gmt":"2024-05-03T20:17:53","slug":"network-services-issues","status":"publish","type":"cu-events","link":"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/its\/cu-events\/network-services-issues\/","title":{"rendered":"UPDATE:  Network Services Issue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">4:00PM Friday, May 3<\/span> &#8211; No further network instability has been detected since ITS Support completed configuration changes on the evening of Wednesday, May 1.\u00a0 Support team will continue to monitor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">8:30AM Wednesday, May 1<\/span> &#8211; Network services remain stable.\u00a0 ITS continues to monitor, however, please contact us if you encounter any service outage or disruption.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2:00PM Monday, April 29<\/span> &#8211; Some network services on campus experienced a short, intermittent outage.<\/p>\n<p>Users may have experienced intermittent outages to the following services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CU-Wireless<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft 365 apps<\/li>\n<li>WordPress sites<\/li>\n<li>Jira<\/li>\n<li>cuPortfolio<\/li>\n<li>Carleton Central<\/li>\n<li>Service Desk phones<\/li>\n<li>External internet access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ITS is aware and is investigating root causes.
