As of 11:00 a.m. on August 25:\u00a0 Intermittent issues that were affecting some users from accessing Carleton sites have stabilized.\u00a0 Not all users were affected and there was no internal root cause identified.\u00a0 Investigations have suggested local ISP issues as a possible cause.\u00a0 All Carleton sites remain online and accessible.<\/p>\n

As of 1:00 p.m. on August 24, we are experiencing an issue that is preventing some users from accessing certain Carleton websites when connecting from external networks. In some cases, VPN connectivity may also be affected.<\/p>\n

Our technical teams are aware of the issue and are actively investigating.
