Esther Dischereit<\/strong>, Author and poet.<\/p>\n Mama, Am I Allowed to Sing the Germany Song?<\/strong><\/p>\n Based in Berlin, author Esther Dischereit is one of the most prominent Jewish and feminist intellectual voices in contemporary Germany.\u00a0 Dischereit\u2019s novels, poems, plays and essays explore what it means to be Jewish in postwar and post-Holocaust Germany.\u00a0 Her works include Jo\u00ebmi\u2018s Table, Merryn, When My Golem Opened the Door, Hoarfrosted Mouth and Other News, A Slice of Bread Sits in the Toaster, Exercises in Being Jewish, and With Eichmann at the Stock Exchange.
