You can add a collaborator to allow another user to manage, edit, or publish your media. As the media owner you can control the permissions of your media collaborators, and choose whether you want them to be a co-editor, co-publisher, or co-viewer of your media.\u00a0 You have the option to edit a collaborator’s permissions<\/a> or remove a collaborator<\/a> from your media at any time.<\/p>\n

To add a collaborator<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. <\/a>Log in to MediaSpace<\/strong><\/a> with your MyCarletonOne<\/em> credentials.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on your username<\/strong> on the top-right side of the page.<\/li>\n
  3. In the drop-down menu, select My Media<\/strong>.

  4. Under My Media<\/em> you will see a list of your uploaded media files. Click on a video.\u00a0\u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n

  7. Click +Add collaborators<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. In the Add a Collaborator<\/em> window, enter the following:\n
