If you&#8217;re experiencing internet issues, try muting your microphone or disabling your webcam. Still, there are minimum requirements for accessing Zoom:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>OS:<\/strong>\u00a0Windows 10, 8, 7, macOS X 10.9, Ubuntu 12.04, iOS, Android, BlackBerry<\/li>\n<li><strong>Memory:<\/strong>\u00a02 GB RAM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Processor:<\/strong>\u00a0Single Core 1 GHz+<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bandwidth:<\/strong>\u00a01.5 Mbps upstream and 1.5 Mbps downstream for group calling (720p HD video)\n<ul>\n<li>Use a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/speedtest.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">speed test<\/a>\u00a0to check bandwidth use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Connection:<\/strong>\u00a0Broadband wired (Ethernet \u2014 preferred) or wireless (3G or 4G\/LTE)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hardware:<\/strong>\u00a0Computer or mobile device, headset or earbuds, webcam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Need more details?
