There is currently a bug with Camtasia TechSmith Relay (Capture) affecting Mac users who have upgraded to most recent Mac OS X version 10.10.5 resulting in recordings only showing a black screen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are working to address the issue as soon as possible but \u00a0for the short term we would\u00a0recommend to hold off on upgrading to MAC\u00a0OS X 10.10.5, if at all possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have\u00a0already upgraded or are experiencing any other problems please contact us at capture@carleton.ca<\/span><\/a> and we can suggest some alternatives\u00a0for you to use until we have fixed the bug.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We will post again\u00a0once the issues has been resolved.<\/span><\/p>\n
