In 2011-2012, Stéphane Lefebvre was Defence Scientist-in-Residence at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs’ (NPSIA) Canadian Centre for Intelligence and Security Studies (CCISS), also at Carleton University. Prior to this assignment, he had occupied various positions in federal departments and agencies. Stéphane is on the editorial boards of two academic journals. His work has appeared in French and in English in books and many journals, including :
