DESCRIPTION:The belongings of precariously housed people are regulated by numerous actors, including bylaw officers, transit companies, shelter operators, and private landlords. In this talk,&nbsp;Dr. Alexandra Flynn&nbsp;will use legal geography to ‘map’ the many spaces of regulation, showing the degree to which vulnerable people must constantly and simultaneously negotiate, oversee, and adhere to multiple regulatory bodies.
