Her doctoral research examined women&#8217;s post-carceral reintegration and employment. Currently she is a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Carleton&#8217;s Sprott School of Business where she is the lead researcher on a Mitacs Accelerate project: Work, Life, and Family During the COVID-19 Pandemic in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"teaching\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teaching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Grace teaches Criminal Justice System (LAWS 2301) and Social Justice and Human Rights (LAWS 2105).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"research-areas-of-interest\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Research Areas of Interest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gender and labour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>theories of governance and discipline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>critical criminology and feminist scholarship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coping and resilience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"publications\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Publications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Grace, Anita.
