Neil C. Sargent<\/strong> is Associate Professor in the Department of Law and Legal Studies, Carleton University, Ottawa. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of Nottingham, and his LL.M from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teaching and Research Interests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

His scholarly interests focus on law and literature, detective fiction, corporate criminal liability, and alternative dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
