A book of condolence for Arif is available for signing in the Tory Lobby and will remain there until the memorial service, when it will then be moved to Fenn Lounge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will also be counsellors on hand at the memorial service for anyone in the Carleton community who wishes to speak to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carleton\u2019s Health and Counselling Services are available for those members of the university community who are most affected by Arif\u2019s death and we encourage you to please consider accessing those services (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.carleton.ca\/health\">www.carleton.ca\/health<\/a>) in Room 2600 of the Carleton Technology and Training Centre or by calling 613-520-6674.&nbsp;&nbsp; Faculty and staff can also be referred for counselling through Carleton\u2019s Employee and Family Services Provider for free individual counselling.&nbsp; To make an appointment, please call 613-725-5676 or visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fseapottawa.org\">www.fseapottawa.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A memorial service for Arif Merani, a fourth-year Bachelor of Arts (Major in Law) student, will be held on Carleton\u2019s campus.
