It details an argument that the Charter of Values would increase violence in Quebec. The article is available in full on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theglobeandmail.com\/globe-debate\/far-from-protecting-women-a-secular-charter-would-increase-discrimination\/article17790401\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>The Globe and Mail <\/em>website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Prof. Adrian initiated a panel discussion on the subject only a few months ago.
