The book provides necessary legal context by tracing the history of the doctrine of unilateral acts.<\/p>\n

Betina<\/strong> Appel Kuzmarov<\/strong><\/a> is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law and Legal Studies. Her research focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to cultural property law and public international law.<\/p>\n
