This award recognizes outstanding peer-reviewed research by women and underrepresented minorities in STEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadine&#8217;s interdisciplinary research in the field of traditional\/Indigenous, complementary and integrative medicine (TCIM) draws on the disciplines of medical sociology and anthropology, (postcolonial feminist) science and technology studies, and critical policy studies. Her research draws attention to contentious questions of epistemic (in)justice, health care accessibility, risk discourse, and cultural misappropriation \u2013 including in the policy sphere.
