The upcoming Leaderful Conversation will be hosted by Jane Van den Dries, Communications Officer in the Office of Vice-President Academic, and will focus on exploring our personal leadership philosophy.
Life changes and experiences can impact our leadership approaches and styles in ways that we sometimes don’t even notice. In this Leaderful Conversation session, Jane will share her personal journey of leadership that was kick-started after a pivotal experience that took her on a path of resilience and authentic leadership to find a way of forward. Jane will connect a life-changing experience to the development of her personal philosophy of leadership and will invite you to reflect on your own experiences to see how they have transformed your own leadership style.
