DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our first Leadership Coaching Café here at Carleton!



We will be conducting a pilot session with Carleton Leaders to bring CoachingOurselves to the Carleton community.



CoachingOurselves is a program for leaders to learn from, and coach each other, with the long term goal of building capacity for the organization to develop itself. The building block of CoachingOurselves is a 90 minute peer-coaching session self-run by a small group of 4-6 people.
