Fierce Conversations is a workshop series that focuses on improving workplace communication – particularly during what are often considered to be difficult conversations. The aim is to promote respect, honesty and accountability in ourselves, our teams, and our organization as a whole. The workshop series covers: the foundational principles, team, coaching, delegation, and confrontation conversations.
Please note that in order to complete Fierce Conversations you must be available to attend and participate in all five workshops. It is not possible to make alternative arrangements if you are absent.
All workshops will take place virtually over Zoom on Wednesday mornings.
