Do you know how to design effective visual aids to enhance your presentations? Do you ever feel nervous as you prepare to give a presentation? During this highly participatory, learner-centred workshop, you will learn tips and techniques that will leave you with a higher level of confidence in your skills and an action plan for continued improvement. You will also have a chance to practice your skills in a safe and fun environment!
Upon completion of this workshop, you will be able to:
• Understand how to better begin their presentation in order to get maximum attention and interest from the audience;
• List the do’s and don’ts of presenting in front of an audience;
• Use a roadmap in formatting and preparing an effective presentation;
• Identify and implement tips for creating effective audio-visual aids;
• Identify their personal presentation strengths and create an action plan for improvement.
