Overview & Learning Objectives
Resilience is often described as your ability to bounce back from adversity. Being resilient is an important building block of individual and organizational health and well-being. Everyone is born with a natural resilience.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to do the following:
- Explore factors that contribute to resilience.
- Recognize how attitudes, actions, and choices contribute to resilience.
- Implement strategies for thriving under pressure, including in the face of organizational change.
