Carleton University Silent Zoom Writing Café – for Researchers

What is Silent Zoom? 

A group for scholars to write together.  

Participants join the Zoom meeting and  share their session goals by adding them to the chat window. The session’s Watcher  will then time-keep 4 Pomodoro sessions (25 mins work followed by a 5 min break over 2 hours. After 2 hours, attendees again report their progress in the chat.  

Participants may drop in and out of sessions as they please. Your video may be on or off.
