As we move to virtual and hybrid modes of collaboration and communication, group cohesion and intimacy often decreases, making it difficult to fully engage with each other.
This workshop will provide insightful ways to help you:
- Keep yourself, and others, on track and focused
- Set and manage meeting expectations
- Help you present with practical tips and suggestions on setting up for success
- Handle difficult people and situations while ‘on camera’
Please note: If you participated in Hosting High Performance Meetings with Victoria Miles last winter you may find this workshop to have some crossover content.
