The Office of Quality Initiatives and Human Resources are pleased to continue co-hosting Management Mornings/Afternoons. Our overall aim is to provide a virtual space for you to gather in real time to share insights, effective practices, and consider ways to overcome challenges. As our collective attention turns toward a gradual return to campus, OQI and HR are focused on supporting you in your management practice and capacity. The June meeting of Management Afternoons will focus on the place of expectation setting conversations in the gradual return to campus for fall 2021.

Focus: Setting Expectations with Staff – Fall 2021

Description: As all eyes are on a safe and gradual return to campus, this Management Afternoon session will focus on how to have more targeted conversations with your staff and co-create setting expectations for their work. The goal is to provide a resource, guide and opportunity around how we all navigate a hybrid work environment while ensuring confidence that everyone knows what they are expected to be delivering on. This session will provide information as well as an opportunity to engage with your colleagues and hear about how others have navigated this space throughout the pandemic and looking towards the future.

Topics to discuss:
