The Office of Institutional Research and Planning (OIRP) has a wide and rich range of information and institutional statistics available on their website. This includes the Perspective Data Cubes that contain useful information to assist in evidence-based decision making.



In this tutorial, you will get an overview of OIRP’s website, including available data and reports. You will also learn how to use the data cubes, some basic functionalities covered in this session will include: how to make selections, how to arrange variables, how to save a report and export your data. Examples will show how to get accurate and up-to-date information on enrolments, retention & graduation for your program, department, faculty, or across the university.



Please note: The workshop is 60 minutes long, but OIRP staff will remain on hand to answer questions specific to individual departments.
