SUMMARY:Process Improvement Workshop Series
DESCRIPTION:Join the Office of Quality Initiatives (OQI) for the Process Improvement Workshop Series. This comprehensive five-part series is designed to help you recognize the value and importance of process improvement, introduce you to essential methodologies and principles, and guide you through the steps involved in improving processes. Open to all faculty and staff members, participants are encouraged to identify a process they would like to review and improve over the workshop series.



Each of the five modules will take place in Tory Building Room 506, on:




October 1, 2025 from 10:30am to noon 



October 16, 2025* from 10:30am to noon



October 30, 2025 from 10:30am to noon 



November 13, 2025 from 10:30am to noon 



November 27, 2025 from 10:30am to noon 




*Correction: The second session will be held on Thursday, October 16th, not October 15.



Participants are strongly encouraged to complete all five sessions. If you cannot attend the first session, we encourage you to register for a future series, as the first session is foundational to the remaining sessions.
