DESCRIPTION:Fierce Conversations is a workshop series that drives results by improving workplace communication - particularly during what are often considered to be difficult conversations. The aim is to promote respect, honesty and accountability in ourselves, our teams, and our organization as a whole. The workshop series covers: the foundational principles, team, coaching, delegation, and confrontation conversations. In this series of workshops, you'll solve real-life problems by working through the scenarios you bring to each session

February 18, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Team)



March 3, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Coach)



March 10, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Delegate)



March 24, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Feedback & Confront)




As this is a workshop series, participants are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions to maximize their learning and development. If you are unable to attend the first session, focused on Foundations, individuals are encouraged to wait until another series is offered as this first session lays the foundation for the entire series.

Registration is required through Carleton Central. Under the Employee Services tab, click on Learning and Professional Development, then select Workshop Registration followed by All Workshops. You will receive calendar invitations for all five sessions to confirm your registration.
