SUMMARY:Coping with Change
DESCRIPTION:Change is a natural and ongoing part of organizational life. This workshop introduces key principles of effective change management and explores what helps change initiatives succeed. Participants will gain insight into how individuals and groups experience change, common responses to change, and practical approaches for building understanding and engagement. Through a mix of discussion, tools, and interactive activities, the session supports participants in developing confidence, skills, and strategies for navigating and contributing positively to change in their work environment.
