Her interests include migration, diaspora, development and more. Before her placement as a student researcher with LERRN, Atputharajah worked at a women\u2019s advocacy NGO in Accra Ghana in 2013, and returned in 2016 to work at an NGO that helped female-headed households in the northern region. Currently, Atputharajah is a research assistant at the Diversity Institute, at Ryerson University\u2019s Ted Rogers School of Management.
