C\u00e9line has worked in international development cooperation, refugee protection and humanitarian action for the last 15 years. She has been Oxfam-Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s humanitarian manager since 2014, coordinating public engagement, institutional funding and advocacy initiatives to strengthen Oxfam\u2019s responses to crises in the Middle East, West Africa and Latina America. Prior to that (2007-2013) C\u00e9line worked with UNHCR in various protection-related capacities in Jordan, Burundi, Ecuador and at the agency\u2019s headquarters in Geneva. Previously, she collaborated on human rights campaigns and corporate social responsibility initiatives with the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation, Human Rights Watch and the World Organisation Against Torture.<\/p>\n
C\u00e9line holds a Master Degree in International Relations (Political Science) from the Graduate Institute in Geneva, and a bachelor\u2019s degree in International Development and Philosophy from McGill University.
