Pascal is\u00a0<\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0Executive D<\/span>irector at Action Pour le\u00a0<\/span>Progres<\/span>, a refugee led Initiative<\/span>\u00a0in\u00a0<\/span>Kakuma<\/span>\u00a0Refugee Camp\u00a0<\/span>where\u00a0<\/span>he<\/span>\u00a0empower<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0youth in transformative learning. He has been directing the organization since its establishment in 20<\/span>20<\/span>\u00a0up<\/span>\u00a0to date<\/span>.\u00a0 H<\/span>e is working as\u00a0<\/span>IT Assistant at Jesuit Refugee Service<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>where he technically supports JRS staffs and students<\/span>\u00a0to access internet and\u00a0<\/span>he\u00a0<\/span>does maintenance of the computers<\/span>\u00a0since 2015 up to date<\/span>. Pascal\u00a0<\/span>is the lead coordinator of\u00a0<\/span>Amala<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>education program<\/span>\u00a0in Kenya<\/span>, he facilitates Online Peace Building course and leads a team of three facilitators<\/span>.<\/span> He recently joined LERRN,<\/span>\u00a0which is\u00a0<\/span>committed to promoting protection and solutions with and for refugees<\/span> as partners<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>He worked in URISE Initiative for Africa<\/a> (CBO) as the Executive Director from 2016 to 2020.\u00a0<\/span>He also worked with Kenya Red Cross Society<\/a><\/span>\u00a0in\u00a0<\/span>Kakuma<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>in 2013 up to 2014\u00a0<\/span>as a Tracing O<\/span>fficer.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pascal is pursuing his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Healthcare Management at Southern New Hampshire University in the USA.\u00a0<\/span>He holds a Diploma in Social Work from Regis University, a certificate in Psychosocial Case Management from Utah University, certificate in Journalism from\u00a0<\/span>FilmAid<\/span>\u00a0International and cert<\/span>ificate in Forced Migration at<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Moi<\/span>\u00a0University.<\/span>\u00a0 As a refugee, he feels deeply passionate about\u00a0<\/span>Leadership, advocacy and youth\u00a0<\/span>empowerment. Pascal<\/span>\u00a0envisions\u00a0<\/span>to\u00a0<\/span>leading social change in his community and\u00a0<\/span>creating\u00a0<\/span>education and job\u00a0<\/span>opportunities for his fellow refugees.<\/span><\/p>\n
