Lavender has over 8 years of experience in project administration. Prior to joining the team, Lavender worked as a Research Team Lead for the Research and Evidence Facility, REF, a research consortium that explored dynamics, drivers and implications of mobility, migration and displacement in the Horn of Africa. She holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in International Studies from The Open University in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n
