My research interests&nbsp;examine&nbsp;asylum policies in leading refugee-hosting states and how government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and humanitarian actors respond to shifts in the global refugee regime. These interests developed during an internship with the Refugee Law Project in Uganda, where I witnessed the effects of refugee policies and humanitarian aid delivery on displaced populations and observed how different actors implement government and UNHCR mandates.
