Pascal is <\/span>the<\/span> Executive D<\/span>irector at Action Pour le <\/span>Progres<\/span>, a refugee led Initiative<\/span> in <\/span>Kakuma<\/span> Refugee Camp <\/span>where <\/span>he<\/span> empower<\/span>s<\/span> youth in transformative learning. He has been directing the organization since its establishment in 20<\/span>20<\/span> up<\/span> to date<\/span>.  H<\/span>e is working as <\/span>IT Assistant at Jesuit Refugee Service<\/span> <\/span>where he technically supports JRS staffs and students<\/span> to access internet and <\/span>he <\/span>does maintenance of the computers<\/span> since 2015 up to date<\/span>. Pascal <\/span>is the lead coordinator of <\/span>Amala<\/span> <\/span>education program<\/span> in Kenya<\/span>, he facilitates Online Peace Building course and leads a team of three facilitators<\/span>.<\/span> He recently joined LERRN,<\/span> which is <\/span>committed to promoting protection and solutions with and for refugees<\/span> as partners<\/span>. <\/span>He worked in URISE Initiative for Africa<\/a> (CBO) as the Executive Director from 2016 to 2020. <\/span>He also worked with Kenya Red Cross Society<\/a><\/span> in <\/span>Kakuma<\/span> <\/span>in 2013 up to 2014 <\/span>as a Tracing O<\/span>fficer. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pascal is pursuing his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Healthcare Management at Southern New Hampshire University in the USA. <\/span>He holds a Diploma in Social Work from Regis University, a certificate in Psychosocial Case Management from Utah University, certificate in Journalism from <\/span>FilmAid<\/span> International and cert<\/span>ificate in Forced Migration at<\/span> <\/span>Moi<\/span> University.<\/span>  As a refugee, he feels deeply passionate about <\/span>Leadership, advocacy and youth <\/span>empowerment. Pascal<\/span> envisions <\/span>to <\/span>leading social change in his community and <\/span>creating <\/span>education and job <\/span>opportunities for his fellow refugees.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
