Elle d\u00e9tient un dipl\u00f4me de ma\u00eetrise en service social (Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa) et de doctorat (Ph. D.) dans la m\u00eame discipline (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al). Elle a travaill\u00e9 comme assistante sociale scolaire pendant cinq ans au Liban. Elle s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l\u2019intervention familiale, au r\u00f4le de la famille dans l\u2019adaptation scolaire ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 du service social scolaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Houweyda Matta has been a professor at the School of Social Work at the University of Saint-Joseph in Beruit, Lebanon since 1996. She has a masters in social work (University of Ottawa) and a PhD in the same discipline (University of Montreal). She was an assistant social worker for five years in Lebanon.
