The report brings together findings from two major <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/lerrn\/special-projects\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LERRN research projects<\/a> conducted between 2020\u20132025, examining refugee-led organizations (RLOs) and refugee leadership across East Africa, the Middle East, and South America.<\/p>\n<p>At a time when global displacement is at its highest, this synthesis report offers a timely and evidence-based perspective on how refugees themselves \u2014 not only external actors \u2014 are leading meaningful, locally rooted, and effective responses.
